The Pacific Pneumatic In-Line Adjustable Screwdriver, SD3016, has a ratcheting clutch. One set of clutch jaws engages when forward pressure is applied to the tool. When pre-set torque is reached, the clutch makes a ratcheting sound to alert the operator. The range of torque is achieved by dis-assembling the tool and changing internal torque springs. - 1800 RPM.
