Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped UPS-Ground.  Shipping charges are estimated at the time the order is placed.  Shipping estimates may vary depending on surcharges added for Residential deliveries and/or fuel surcharges assessed by UPS.  Actual charges are added at the time of shipping.

     UPS - Red (Next Day Air)

     UPS - Blue (2nd Day Air)

     UPS - Orange (3rd Day Select)

 Return Policies

To process your request as efficiently as possible, in the event that you need to return an item, please note our return policy:

Please call 1-336-282-2020 for a Return Authorization number (RGA #).   Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this number.  Be sure to write your RGA number on the shipping label and paperwork.

All returns must be in their original packaging and shipped to:

     Madden Tool & Supply, Inc., 3208 Timberoak Court, Greensboro, NC 27410

Always include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.

A claim for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, or the claim will not be accepted.

Materials must be returned within 30 days from date of shipment, or the return  will not be accepted.

C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

Altered or etched items will not be accepted.

Special Order Parts and  Products:   Special order parts and products are non-returnable/non-cancelable.
