The Sturtevant Richmont Combination and Adjusting Tool (CART), 819117, is used to make adjustments to torque settings for Sturtevant Richmont (S/R)Preset Torque Wrenches: Series LTC, LTCR, and LTCS.  Adjustments to S/R pre-set torque wrenches can ONLY be made with CART, which prevents tampering on the production line and assures that the same torque will be used for repetitive applications.  The Combination and Adjusting Tool is not included with S/R Pre-set Torque wrenches and must be ordered separately.
