Customer Service

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Your puchase will ship by UPS or FedEx ground.  We will prepay and add the freight charges to your invoice.  Expedited delivery services (3 day, 2nd day or Next Day) are available at additional charge.  If you have a UPS or FedEx account, we can ship collect and charge your account number.  We'll email your tracking number when your product ships.

  • International shipments are typically sent via DHL.  International shipments incur various tariffs and custom fees depending on the destination country.  We strongly encourage our international customers to provide Bluetools with your DHL, FedEx or UPS account number to keep the charges to a minimum.

  • Privacy & Security

    We respect our customers privacy.  We may provide some customer information to the product manufacturer and shipper to complete your purchase and shipment.  Bluetools will not provide your information to any other third party,  unless legally required to. 

  • We are committed to maintaining the highest level of personnal data protection.  We follow generally accepted industry standards to maintain personnal information protection both during transmission and once we receive it.  We may collect information in order to provide you with infrequent, relevant product offers. These offers may be unadvertised on the website.  Opt out means we will remove your information from any data base we maintain and not send you any product offers.

  • Returns & Warranty

    Any return must be authorized by Bluetools.  Some products are made to order and have extended lead times.  These cannot be returned.  Your sales order and invoice should include this information.  For returns not due to defective product there may be a 20-30% restocking fee.  All product warranties are provided by the manufacturer.  Warranty issues are resolved through the manufacturer.  Shipping costs for returns or warranty issues are the responsiblity of the customer.

  • Ordering

    Most items in the store can be ordered on-line through the website shopping cart with a credit card.  Pneumatic motors and assembly tools may be available in multiple configurations.  Please call or email us to determine which configuration will work for your application and to place the order.  We also accept orders by fax or email.  Be sure to include your contact information, email and phone number, as we may need to contact you to obtain additional information to complete the order. 

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We accept payment by major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover card and American Express.  We also accept payment via Paypal.

  • Viewing Orders

    Orders can be viewed from your account page.

  • Updating Account Information

    You may update your account information directly, by logging on to your account.
